Thing is, I'm not sure about the price, but with 4g I can imagine that when everybody has unlimited data, it will get to way over its limits, so 1 reason you put the price as high as that is that only some get to use so much data, in Scandinavia the residential density is way lower so they can make that possible, maybe its possible with 5g

Best part is that they are tearing down the old 3G (& co), which means I can no longer call with me old backup phone, no signal in the mountains, and they are taking away Internet from the countryside.... Its to expencive for them to bother building up a solid fiber network for Internet.... Its great when the capital hates you~

5G is not just for individuals, but also for companies, hospitals, train rails... imagine a surgent doing an operation from hundrends of kms away witha help of a robot... you cant have 9000ms latency, and also you might want to have 4k realtime picture ... but this is just my understanding, might not be true :)

you see, i had exactly this issue with 4g, one day i wanted to listen a song on youtube, then i left the phone on the table and didnt notice that the video was like 1080 60fps, that shit downloaded faster than i could percieve and then bam, 5th day of the month i didn't have more data left

well, i live in germany and pay 12€/month for my unlimited data package. But i think if i want 5g with it i would have to pay much more.

lol in India all telecom companies provide unlimited 4g data for the price as low as 1 to $2...but there's per day limit though it's good enough..like 2 to 3 gb per day

In India, you can get 1.5 GB 4g data everyday for less than $3 a month or around $6 for 3 months. You can also choose a 2 or 3 GB data per day for less than 150% of above mentioned price.
